LEGAL

Privacy Policy.

Overview

Credo Connect (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides private strength and sport-performance coaching out of South Boston, Massachusetts, along with a member area (the “Locker Room”) with training resources. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to credo-connect.com and the member area.

Information you give us

Inquiries: when you submit the contact or training-inquiry form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the goals or message you share.

Member accounts: if you create a Locker Room account, we collect your name and email and maintain your member profile. Authentication and passwords are handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password.

Athletes under 18: where a participant is a minor, we collect the consent and contact details a parent or guardian provides through our one-time consent step before full member access is granted.

If you purchase a paid offering (such as a camp or premium resource), your payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive confirmation and order details but never your full card number.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site we automatically receive basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate location from your IP address, and the pages you view.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to keep the member area secure. These are required for the site to function. We may also use website analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used; you can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and arrange coaching; to create and manage your member account and deliver Locker Room resources; and, where applicable, to process and confirm payments.

To communicate with you about your training, your account, scheduling, and important service updates.

To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services, and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers we work with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business, and share information with them only as needed to deliver our services: website hosting (Vercel); database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase); transactional email such as confirmations and reset links (Resend and our authentication provider); video hosting for training content (Mux); and payment processing for any paid offerings (Stripe).

Each provider processes your information on our behalf under its own terms and security practices. We may also use website analytics as described above.

How we share information

We share personal information only with the service providers above, and when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and property of our members, the public, or Credo Connect.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Minors & children’s privacy

Our coaching and resources are designed to be used with parent or guardian involvement. Where a participant is under 18, we require a parent or guardian to provide consent before full member access is granted, and we handle the minor’s information with that consent in mind.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us information without your consent, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

To make a request, reach us through the contact form at www.credo-connect.com/contact. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
