Contact details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and the goals you share — when you submit an inquiry, book a session, or sign up for the member area.

Account and booking information for members, including sessions reserved and, where relevant, consent records for athletes under 18.

Payment information processed by our payment provider when you purchase or reserve a paid offering. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

Basic technical and usage data (such as device and analytics information) collected automatically when you visit the site.

To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, process bookings and payments, and manage member access.

We coach high-school athletes. Where a participant is under 18, we require a parent or guardian to provide consent before full member access is granted, and we handle a minor’s information with that consent in mind.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
