Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the Credo Connect website, member area, and services. By submitting an inquiry, creating a member account, accessing member resources, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Credo Connect provides private, one-on-one strength and sport-performance coaching with Steven Giardina, arranged on an inquiry basis. We also offer a member area (the “Locker Room”) with training resources, and from time to time may offer additional programs such as camps or premium resources.

Availability, formats, and pricing may change, and some offerings are limited or seasonal.

Submitting an inquiry through the site does not by itself create a coaching relationship. A coaching arrangement begins only once Steven confirms it with you directly. Scheduling, session format, and pricing for personal training are agreed directly between you and Credo Connect.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf and complete our consent step before you receive full member access.

Personal training is arranged directly and is not purchased through the website. If we make a paid offering available (such as a camp or premium resource), it is processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card number.

Prices and any cancellation or refund terms for a paid offering are presented at the time of purchase. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Training programs, guides, videos, and other materials in the member area are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share your account access with others.

We may add, change, or remove resources at any time. All programming and content remain the property of Credo Connect.

Our coaching and resources provide general fitness and educational information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a physician before beginning any new training program, especially if you have an injury, illness, chronic condition, are pregnant, or have been inactive.

Strength and athletic training carry inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are physically able to take part, you agree to follow coaching guidance, and you assume the ordinary risks of training. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or chest discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree to hold harmless Credo Connect and Steven Giardina from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising out of your participation or use of our resources. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian accepts these terms and this assumption of risk on the athlete’s behalf.

You agree to provide accurate information, to follow coaching guidance and any facility rules, and to use the site and member area lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to access areas or accounts that are not yours, disrupt the service, or misuse our content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

The site may link to third-party services (such as our Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of services we do not operate.

The website and member resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credo Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
