Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the Credo Connect website and coaching services. By booking a session, purchasing an offering, or creating a member account, you agree to these terms.

Credo Connect provides in-person and group strength and sport-performance coaching, training camps, and member resources. Availability, formats, and pricing may change, and some offerings are limited or seasonal.

Paid sessions and camps are reserved through our booking and payment provider. Spots are limited and may be first-come, first-served.

Cancellation and refund terms for a given offering are presented at the time of booking. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Physical training carries inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any new training program. By participating, you confirm you are physically able to take part and you assume the ordinary risks of strength and athletic training.

For participants under 18, a parent or guardian accepts these terms on the athlete’s behalf.

You agree to follow coaching guidance and facility rules, to provide accurate information, and to use the member area respectfully. We may suspend access for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive.

Programming, content, and materials provided by Credo Connect are for your personal use and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credo Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
